So this weekend the theme is storytelling at the BBC tent with lots of FREE activities for families all weekendincluding lots of Strnage Hill High events :
On Saturday 9th –
11am – 4.30pm / Storytelling Fun Weekend / Family Fun / Pink Tent / Drop-In
Storytelling fun for the whole family. Activities include
- Puppet Workshop: Learn how to make shadow puppets and bring them to life
- Drop in and Draw: Edinburgh League of Comics will help get you started to create your very own comic strip
- Chef storyteller Mrs Mash roams in the Garden
1.30pm – 2pm / Behind the Scenes of Strange Hill High / Family Fun / 4+ / Blue Tent / Ticketed*
Come and meet CBBC puppeteers Tim Jones and Nick Kellington as they take you through the weird and wonderful world of Strange Hill High’s rod-puppetry.
This event is repeated at 2.30-3pm and again at 3.30-4pm and a limited number of tickets will be released on the day, so get there early !!
And on Sunday 10th its pretty much exactly the same but the Strange Hill High events are on at 11-11.30 am, 12-12.30pm, 1.30-2pm, 2.30-3pm and 3.30-4pm.
Once again a great looking weekend at the BBC tent ! …
